Equiniti shortlisted for the 2013 Benefits Excellence Awards
Equiniti, the market leading business process services provider, has been shortlisted in the category of “Best recognition strategy” for the Benefit Excellence Awards. The Benefit Excellence Awards, the first in the world to focus entirely on voluntary employee benefits, is being organised by Asperity and its partners for the second year running.
The Equiniti HR team re-launched its ‘ICON Awards’ early March this year to support the recent rebranding of Equiniti and to realign the company’s business strategy with its recognition scheme. ICON Awards have been in place since 2011 to recognise those who have gone the extra mile, performing over and above their role and demonstrating the company’s values and behaviours.
Equiniti’s high quality submission will compete in the category of the “best recognition strategy” for a voluntary benefits programme that has successfully aligned the organisation’s recognition strategy with the benefits agenda.
Winners will be announced at a prestigious awards dinner at One Mayfair on Wednesday 25th of September 2013.
